disappointed, all cakes are with sugar frosting and not "cream" as it says "suspiros creme"... Went to Hans &Harry's in Bonita CA for real whipped creme cakes

I just called wanting to place an order for a cake to feed up to 50 guest and oh my, the customer service from the lady that answered was horrific. I don’t understand how a business could allow someone with her tone and unwillingness to help to be answering the phone calls. Very very poor service. I answer phone calls Monday through Friday as Im also in customer service for work and regardless of what bad morning or day I may be having, the person on the other end of the call is not responsible for my bad day. This business continues to go down as it is not the first time poor service has been provided to someone I know. The first time a family member said the cake was very dry and it was a tres leches cake. Location in tj said it could have been a one off since tres leches is good so I decided to call today. After learning that tres leches can’t be made for 50 people and being told you would need to buy 3 cakes without offering any other alternative flavors, it’s determined that this place has awful service and poor quality of cakes. Not waisting my money at Suspiros cake.

UPDATE: We have been purchasing cakes here for a couple of years for birthdays and other celebrations. I picked up a cake on 13 June for our celebration and when we tried to serve it, it was very difficult to cut a slice without the cake crumbling. The cake was dry and the chocolate seemed to be rubbery. We were surprised and quite shocked. We reached out to them in 16 June and they blew us off, never returned our call. Spending $45 for a cake is a luxury, a premium price. Not sure we would return based in this incident and their poor customer service. Original Post: They sell a variety of cakes, excellent taste and quality. Also have a good selection of party favors. The location is very clean and staff is super friendly. They don't make the cakes there, there are like a distribution point but the cakes taste amazing.

I stopped in to purchase a dessert and selected a small carrot cake, which turned out to be one of the best carrot cakes I’ve had. The cake was exceptionally moist and full of flavor. I highly recommend the carrot cake and look forward to trying their other desserts, which I’m sure are just as delicious. The service was also excellent—the staff member who assisted me was courteous and pleasant.

I bought a tres leches cake for Father’s Day and it was a total disappointment. It was tremendously dry. It did not have tres leches at all. I had high hopes and will not recommend this place for a tres leches cake. I was so embarrassed when my guests tried it. Suspiros I suggest you do a better job on your recipe.
